Rebecca started off her career as a support worker with National Mencap back in 2010. She joined HF Mencap in 2014 and has worked along side Dean to develop the My Life Service and the broad range of activities offered to our clients. Rebecca has taken a step back from the day to day running of the service to focus on quality control and further development of the charity, she is currently completing her Level 5 Health and Social Care Management and Leadership Qualification.
Amanda joined the My Life team in 2017 transferring from National Mencap, since then she has been a key player in managing the service and ensuring best practice is achieved.
Amanda has worked in the UK and in the USA with people with learning disabilities, she has a strong belief in equality and a true passion for empowering others.
Since joining HF Mencap Matt has been a valued member of the team, he goes above and beyond to enable our clients by promoting independence, choice and control. Matt has worked within the health and social sector for 8 years and throughly enjoys his work.
Lolo started working for HF Mencap in 2016. He has had previous experience working with individuals with mental health problems, learning disabilities and duel diagnosis. He brings a great deal of knowledge and experience to his role, which is greatly appreciated by our clients and their families.
